NK Insurance Waiver- By selecting you are declining all insurance coverage by NextKeys Auto Group LLC and assuming full liability

NEXTKEYS AUTO GROUP LLC RENTER INSURANCE ELECTION, WAIVER OF COVERAGE, ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into by and between NextKeys Auto Group LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”). INSURANCE ELECTION & WAIVER Renter voluntarily declines any and all insurance coverage offered by NextKeys Auto Group LLC and elects to use their own personal or commercial automobile insurance during the entire rental period. Renter understands that no insurance coverage of any kind is provided by the Company. REPRESENTATION OF INSURANCE Renter represents that they maintain valid automobile insurance covering rental vehicles. Any lapse, denial, cancellation, or insufficient coverage does not relieve Renter of responsibility. ASSUMPTION OF FULL RESPONSIBILITY Renter assumes full financial responsibility for any and all damages, mechanical issues, loss of use, diminished value, towing, storage, administrative fees, theft, vandalism, or third-party claims during possession of the vehicle, regardless of fault. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Renter releases and waives any claims against NextKeys Auto Group LLC related to the rental vehicle. INDEMNIFICATION & LEGAL ACTION Rental and Indemnity. This is a contract for the rental of the Vehicle. We may repossess the Vehicle at your expense without notice to you, if the Vehicle is abandoned or used in violation of law or this Agreement (see “Prohibited Uses” below). You agree to indemnify us, defend us and hold us harmless from all claims, liability, costs and attorney fees we incur resulting from, or arising out of, this rental and your use of the Vehicle or our repossession of it. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By selecting this option you are agreeing to all terms and conditions.
