Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NextKeys Auto Group LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent rental experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your reservation.
By booking a vehicle with NextKeys Auto Group, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Reservation Cancellations
Reservations canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a 50% refund of the rental amount paid.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled rental start time are non-refundable.
Once the rental period has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued for:
- Early vehicle returns
- Unused rental days
- Changes in travel plans
- Personal scheduling conflicts
- Weather-related delays
- Mechanical issues caused by renter misuse or negligence
Rental Payments
All rental payments are final once the rental begins.
Rental charges, taxes, processing fees, administrative fees, roadside assistance, environmental fees, booking fees, and applicable surcharges are non-refundable after the rental has started.
Security Deposits
If a refundable security deposit is collected, it will be returned after:
- The vehicle has been inspected
- No damage is found
- No additional charges are owed
- The vehicle is returned on time with all required items
Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
If additional charges are owed for damages, cleaning, fuel, tolls, traffic violations, smoking, excessive mileage abuse, or late returns, those charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
Airport Rental Deposit
The Airport Rental Deposit is refundable provided:
- All rental terms and conditions are followed.
- The vehicle is returned in the same condition it was rented.
- No outstanding balances or damages exist.
Optional Add-On Services
Optional services and add-ons, including but not limited to:
- Concierge Delivery & Pickup
- Fuel Service
- Priority Reservation
- Additional Driver Fees
- Other optional services
These services are non-refundable once the rental has started or the service has been provided.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after it has been issued. Processing times vary by financial institution.
Chargebacks
If you have any concerns regarding your rental, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
By completing your reservation, you authorize NextKeys Auto Group to charge your payment method for any unpaid rental charges, damages, fees, tolls, citations, cleaning charges, smoking fees, late fees, administrative costs, or other amounts owed under the Rental Agreement.
Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed using supporting rental agreements, inspection reports, photographs, GPS records, payment records, and other applicable documentation.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable once charged:
- Administrative & Processing Fee
- Booking & Support Fee
- Environmental Fee
- Florida Rental Car Surcharge
- Electronic Payment Processing Fee
- Roadside Assistance Fee (when selected)
- Applicable taxes and government-imposed fees
Vehicle Availability
While we make every effort to provide the exact vehicle reserved, circumstances beyond our control may require a vehicle substitution.
If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, NextKeys Auto Group reserves the right to provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional charge.
Vehicle substitutions do not qualify for a refund.
